The name Apeiron Blue was inspired from the word “apeiron” meaning unlimited, infinite, boundless in the Greek language and the word “blue” reflecting the vibrant hues of the Aegean Sea. The concept of “Apeiron” traces its origins to Anaximander, a pre-Socratic philosopher in ancient Greek philosophy. Anaximander used this term to describe his concept of the fundamental substance from which all things serve as the source of existence. “Apeiron,” as Anaximander described it, mirrors the eternal energy of Santorini, brought to life at Apeiron Blue through an experience that connects you with the island’s boundless beauty and the infinite Aegean Sea.
